In most cases, yes. Scheduling depends on the property and building access, but the majority of our commercial work happens after hours so your staff never works around a cleaning crew.
Who is actually in our building?
Every crew member is background-checked, and we are licensed, bonded and insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your property manager on request.
Do you take smaller offices, or only large properties?
Both. We work with everything from a single professional suite to multi-tenant buildings and property management portfolios.
What if the quality slips after a few months?
That is the most common thing we hear about previous vendors, and it is exactly why we photograph every visit. You will see the work each time rather than finding out from a tenant months later.
